  I have just had my 3rd loan approved by Community First. Renee was so easy to deal with and went out of her way to help and understand my financial position. She was happy for me to send photo of a couple of pay slips that showed income and deductions. I would be happy to recommend her to anyone wanting help with finance

  We first were introduced to Community First Credit Union nearly a year ago when we purchased our TINDO Solar panels made here in Australia.. The salesperson at that time presented our initial contact to finance with a credit union focused on new green energy purchases.... Our experience with SARAH .... initially was so comfortable and non confrontational that we always noted we would use this finance service again.
  We then decided to purchase a HYBRID vehicle which had taken almost a year to arrive in Australia. Once notified our vehicle was several weeks from landing, we immediately made application to COMMUNITY FIRST CREDIT UNION.... To our utter amazement the process yet again was unbelievably prompt, professional and extremely supportive from our support team member RENEE...Our experiences stand as testament to the entire Australian community of families seeking honest and very reasonable costs and charges together with the wonderful interest rates this credit union offers..... We unreservedly recommend highly this finance service for all to embrace.

  Nathan Johns, the manager at Community First Edgeworth NSW has provided my son & partner with fantastic service, in assisting them purchase their first block of land to construct a new home. We were messed about from a Big 4 lender, & Nathan took up the proposal, with a seamless approval, documentation & settlement all within a tight time frame to ensure they would not penalized for a late settlement. The interest rate offered was very competitive. I would have no hesitation in recommending Nathan & his team for all your finance needs. Thanks again to Nathan for turning my son & partners potential nightmare into a wonderful dream.
