  Excellent customer service. the girls really know their product and able to explain all the latest in lens technology. extremely helpful. Eye testing and examination was thorough. I picked up some great specials. I love my glasses.

  Was not happy with my previous glasses and am very happy with new script and lenses. Price was comparable but better than that I can see.

  I’m currently away on a girls weekend at Salamander bay. After suffering from an injured cornea from a beauty procedure, I was very concerned about my eye. I went to Specsavers at Salamander and asked if someone could have a quick look at my eye just to make sure it wasn’t serious. The lady turned me away because they were too busy. I then went to OPSM at Salamander and they to were booked out but the optometrist and Jodi (dispenser), wanted to have a look anyway.
  They were more than helpful and caring. I do have a grazed cornea. The optometrist put drops in my eye and gave me a sample of drops to last me until I return home Sunday.
  This put me at ease and allows me to enjoy the rest of my weekend.
  Thank you so much OPSM Salamander for actually caring about people’s eyes.

  I really liked the optometrist, he was very efficient, I wish he could stay at the OPSM store in Salamander! Top marks!

  I had an eye test here, and at the end, the optometrist wrote down the prescription and GAVE IT TO THE SALESPERSON and didn't explain any of it to me! I asked the salesperson if I could have my prescription please, and she said "I'll just hold onto it until the end while you browse our selection of glasses." It felt intimidating. The second she said that, it made up my mind, OPSM would be the last place I would ever buy glasses from. I think it's disgusting that they basically witheld my own health related, Medicare funded, results from me, like a hostage, to try and coerce me to buy their silly expensive glasses. Specsavers and online is FAR cheaper, demand your prescription and shop around!
